Mrs. Walinski, As you mentioned, we already had multiple inquiries and an application on the property when we showed it to your husband. Your application was not submitted immediately, and we then accepted the previous applicants. We constantly communicated with you & your husband during what was an unusual circumstance and you both chose to keep your application in place. We consulted you both prior to processing your application which in turn charged your credit card. Since the owner decided to re-entertain an offer to purchase vs renting the home, we immediately refunded your application fees, even after processing your application. You and your husband were well aware of the situation, even with your military move being less than a month away. I truly understand your frustrations as military moves can be difficult and I offered my assistance to you.
